Rolwaling
Though the region has no 8000m peaks, it includes Melungtse (7181m), Gaurishanker (7134m) and numerous above 6000m peaks. Trek starting points are charikot or Barabishe. Walk through the Sherpa and tamang villages. The highest point of the trek is rolwaling pass (5781m). After crossing the strenuous pass reach Thame to enter Khumbu Valley. The trek ends in Lukla to fly out to Kathmandu. This trek is for more adventures people who know a basic experience in climbing. It is tough but greatly rewarding.
Note: To trek in this region peak permit of Ramdung or Pherchamo peak (6282m) must be required.
